July 2018 Naturism in the Okanagan Valley

Nature has finally brought Summer to the Valley, and days have been mostly full in the parking area of Three Mile Beach. We often here of other locations where Naturist are enjoying their time. Cawston and Vernon are still talked about area's. Though Vernon is not a positive topic as of the last few years.

We have had many families, and new comers to the beach this pre-season, and summer hasn't changed that at all. Public clothing optional recreation has become reaccepted in the Valley. Many come for the eco-theraputic opportunity . Afternoons in your skin under the sun, has a tendency to erase the stress and worries of our work-a-day worlds in commerce. For some it even supports the body to heal itself.

Learning about yourself, as an integral part of nature can become a full-filling research to support your lifestyle. Understanding your capacity as a Sentient being may turn your world view upside down. Yet we always recommend, if you are in Naturism for the entire Lifestyle, or you are just a respectful part of the communities environment. Make sure you commit to time in Nature. For those of us who make the Okanagan Valley Home, the best place for us to do that, is at Three Mile Beach. Check out our many social media outlets on Naturist reports from Three Mile Beach and Beyond.

If you bring your dogs to Three Mile point and would like to use the Clothing Optional Beach Area. Please place your dog on a leash and walk to the public foreshore past the, Public Beach area for best placement of you and your pet. If your pet is highly active, we ask that you keep them on a leash. Only responsible pets and pet owners may have their pet off leash in the North Bay. Thank you.
