Judges have been defining the 80 year old laws regarding public nudity / indecency and often dismissing cases where the nudity is non-sexual. Here are a few of their comments...

Children and Public Nudity
Psychologists offer a great deal more opinion than formal research on this topic. It is the biggest concern of those who assume nudity is harmful.
As a group we are very protective of the women and children who join us and we have zero tolerance for any sexual behavior or unwanted attention. We will confront anybody behaving unacceptably and call the police if necessary.

We encourage healthy, family friendly public nudity. Our principles include respectful and non-sexual social nudity that is safe for families and welcomes all shapes and sizes. We promote non-judgemental acceptance of our bodies with all their flaws, bulges and sags and try to present a balance to the impossible standard of beauty we are exposed to daily in the media.
The Okanagan Naturist Association is an Anishanabek First Nation's organization that promotes naturism throughout the Okanagan valley to individuals and businesses alike. We can help you find locations to enjoy the clothing optional lifestyle and represent the interests of naturists, clubs, resorts and organizations, within the general Okanagan Community.
THREE MILE BEACH
Three mile beach has been the Okanagan Valley's premier Naturist destination for over 50 yrs.
It is an internationally known beach located along Lake Okanagan in Penticton, BC, Canada. It encompasses 760ft of public beach and approximately 1000 ft of Crown land Beach.
Located just 20 minutes from Penticton airport and an hour away from Kelowna International airport, Three Mile beach is easily-accessible for visitors from all over the world and is the premier naturist beach for tourism.
