Okanagan Naturist Association urges Beach Users to be Aware of non-Municipal surveillance camera'
Penticton, Canada. If your traveling too or planning on Using #ThreeMileClothingOptionalBeach, Penticton, BC in the near future. ONA urges you to be aware of Privately owned surveilance camera's that have been taken down from the Public beach. As well as the, now permanetly positioned, electronic surveillance camera on Public Foreshore.
Please be sure to aid in awareness of the Federal Law s.176 and Your Federal Right to Sun Bath and Swim in the Nude.
Please follow etiquette at all times and feel free to call City Hall, RCMP, Environment and the Media about the new surveillance camera owned Privately (Not by the Municipality) on the far North end of the beach Foreshore.
ONA recommends you do not give anyone, who is not in an official government position, your name.
ONA stress' that ALL Families Naturist/Textiles protect their children during the questioning of this Camera. (Are the viewers Bonded? What regulatory agency is supervising them and ensuring the safety of the images taken?)
