The heat is On!

"It is 29 and mostly Sunny in Penticton," the cellphone weather app announces at 5:25 pm today.

The real spring weather has finally decided to make an appearance over the past week. With it arrived more naturists, and 70 hit the beach this past long weekend Monday. 

Besides the beach, the ONA board attended a Penticton, Chamber of Commerce luncheon. Where we shared ideas on how they can support us in public education of naturism, to the local community and beyond. 

Our next board meeting is being set and we aim to talk about this years events, deeper education and connections to our naturist off beach community, monthly "Intro to naturism", nights at our new office and potential accommodation options, for naturist tourists.

We are excited, despite the cooler weather, how many are reaching out to request information or carpool to the beach. 

It is looking like 2017 is going to be a stellar year in the Okanagan. 

We hope to see you at Three mile beach Penticton. Where your body is your business and our community is about respectful acceptance. 

The central beach covered by highwater. The north beach is completely covered. And the south beach has only a small area left to share. 

Many are on the Terraces near the central beach.
